About Patricia Haughton

Patricia is a native daughter of Bahamian soil, having been born and raised in the bustling capital of New Providence.  At the age of 23 she bought her first property, which helped ignite her passion for real estate.  She remembers the challenges she and her spouse faced and wants to help make sure her clients do not face the same frustrations that so many real estate buyers experience today.

Through grit and determination and the Grace of God, she was able to equip herself with the professional qualifications necessitous for success in the field of real estate.  Her perseverance eventually led to the fulfilment of her lifelong dream: obtaining her Real Estate Agent license in 2022.

A proud mother of two and grandmother of seven, today Patricia and her husband of 41 years reside in the home they built from the ground up.  Having lived in rentals for a few years prior, the journey to homeownership and certified property management was fraught with roadblocks and seemingly insurmountable obstacles.   But failure was never an option for Patricia.  And it is this with this positive mindset, that she assists her clients.

 Patricia is excited to be a part of the real estate community here in The Bahamas. As an agent, she is dedicated to helping her clients achieve their real estate goals.

Her motto is “My goal is to help clients achieve theirs” and she strives to embody this in all of her interactions with clients.  She’s always learning and growing in her field and has completed numerous certifications to ensure that she’s up-to-date with the latest industry practices.
